Avner LubmanAI expert for executives and boards Show me a live demo

AI that makes you more money. No team. No decks. A CEO who builds.

I find where AI can raise your revenue or cut your costs, build the solution myself, and prove the result in numbers. 25 years of management, 14 as CEO - and a success metric signed in advance on every project.

No junior teams, no subcontractors, no 80-slide decks. The person selling is the person building.

The first meeting is free - and I come to it with a demo I built specifically for your organization.

Avner Lubman

Who I am

I am Avner Lubman. For 25 years I ran companies - 14 of them as CEO and executive board member: a medical services company with over 100 employees, a surgical medical center, and a national medical services firm. I know what a P&L looks like, what a regulator audit sounds like, and what a CEO goes through in a board meeting.

The combination is not accidental: the computer science degree tells me what can actually be built, two law degrees tell me where the regulatory risk is before it detonates, the Hacking Defined Expert certification lets me see every system through an attacker's eyes as well, and 25 years of management tell me which of it actually reaches the bottom line.

And all along the way, I built. Not "led a technology vision" - built. Platforms, bots, automations, compliance systems. Today, with AI, one person with real management experience builds what once took a whole department - and I am the living proof.

The small truth that tells the whole story: for months now I have not sent my own emails or scheduled my own meetings. The digital assistant I built does it for me - drafting, coordinating, summarizing. And that is only the edge: nearly my entire operation - reports, research, monitoring, collections - runs today on systems I built. I do not preach efficiency; I am the first organization that went through it, and that is exactly what I build for you.

First meeting - free of charge

I do not show up with a deck. I show up with a system I already built for your organization.

Before the meeting I take your public material and build a working prototype on it. In the meeting you watch it run on a screen, on your own processes. No cost, no commitment, and not a single slide.

Book the first meeting

Tell me what hurts - and I will show you what can be built

No meeting, no contact form, no waiting for a callback. Describe, in two lines, one process that still runs manually in your organization - and get three concrete systems right here on screen, each with a success metric, what it returns per year, and a build time. This is exactly what I do in the first meeting - just without the meeting.

Free, no contact details - the answer appears right here on screen.

Reading what you wrote and building the first read… takes about half a minute.

The numbers are what the system returns to you per year, not what it costs. This is a first read built from what you wrote plus industry benchmarks - not an analysis of your data. The first meeting is free, and I arrive with a working prototype built in advance on your material.

Three opportunities will appear here, built on your own words.

For each one: a success metric, what it returns per year, and a build time.

What happens behind the scenes in those thirty seconds

The engineering behind the magic - and why the answer sticks to what you wrote instead of drifting to a different problem.

  1. You write one sentence

A process that runs manually in your organization - in your own words, no forms.

  2. The engine reads and anchors

It identifies the exact process you described and sticks to your words - a control catches any drift and brings it back on track.

  3. Cross-checked against industry benchmarks

The system matches the pain against return data from your industry - without inventing facts about you.

  4. Three opportunities, with numbers

For each one: a success metric signed in advance, what it returns per year, and a build time in weeks.

What do I build for you? Depends who you are.

Pick an industry - and see six systems we could start building this month, with the numbers they move.

  • Demand & inventory forecasting

The system learns sales per SKU and branch, recommends orders and allocation.

    up to 50% fewer stockouts
  • Automated customer service

WhatsApp and voice bots that answer, log and route - around the clock.

    ~30% lower contact-center cost
  • Smart loyalty club

Basket analysis and offer personalization - right offer, right customer, right time.

    10-35% of online revenue
  • Dynamic pricing & markdowns

When to cut price, on what, in which branch - by stock, season and competitor moves.

    better gross margin
  • Review & complaint analysis

Everything written about you online becomes an operational report with a fix priority list.

    service metric in real time
  • Smart shift staffing

Forecasting foot traffic by hour and branch, and building the roster to match.

    fewer wasted hours

One process, before and after

One example out of dozens: an inbound request arriving at the organisation. The same process, once manual and once automated.

Today

  1. The request lands in a shared inbox and waits for someone to open it.
  2. A person reads it, classifies it by hand and decides where it goes.
  3. Manual re-typing into the system, with fields that get missed.
  4. Tracking lives in a separate sheet nobody updates.
  5. A manager finds the problem at month end, in the report.

Response time: days. Source of truth: nobody is sure.

After

  1. The request is read, classified and summarised the moment it arrives.
  2. A full record opens in the system, with no typing.
  3. Only exceptions reach a person, with the context already prepared.
  4. Tracking updates itself, in real time.
  5. Management sees the number while it can still be changed.

Response time: minutes. Source of truth: one system.

The Machine Room

Not a portfolio of mockups - more than 55 real systems I built personally over my career, running right now. Note the "build time" line: this is what timelines look like when one person builds, with AI.

Sigma, my system, gathers it all into one answer.

  • This website too - a demo. It built itself.

This site built itself in a single working day - through the AI system I operate. No web agency, no template, deliberate typography and world-brand performance (Lighthouse 100 across the board). It is also readable by AI agents (llms.txt). If your expert's website is slow and templated - what does that say about the systems they will build you?

68% of AI projects in the Israeli public bodies audited are stuck in pilot and never reach production. Nobody has audited the private sector - which is rather the point.

Not because of the technology. Because those who advise do not build, and those who build have never sat in an executive meeting. I do both - and I sign the success metric in advance. If the number does not arrive, we stop at a defined exit point. Your exposure is capped at one quarter - not two years, not millions.

In fairness - this is not for you if:

  • You are looking for an inspirational keynote and another prompts workshop
  • No single process in your organization hurts enough to be measured in money
  • Nobody on the executive team has one hour a week to lead this from inside

How we work together

We always start with a free first meeting, with a demo built specifically for your organisation. From there - four steps, each standing on its own.

  1. First meeting + demo

I pre-build a working prototype on your material and show it running. One hour, at your office or on Zoom.

    Free of charge

  2. Executive briefing

90 minutes with a live demo pre-built on your own materials. Leadership leaves with an initial opportunity map.

  3. Deep diagnostic

3-4 weeks inside the organization. Deliverable: an ROI roadmap - the processes that will produce the fastest return, priced in money + an AI governance and risk doc (Privacy Law Amendment 13).

  4. Pilot: a working system

60-90 days. One production system on a real pain, with a success metric signed in advance. Number missed? We stop.

  5. Fractional Chief AI Officer

1-2 days a week: building, vendor oversight, reporting to management and the board.

Questions executives ask me

The answers I give in a first meeting, written down in advance - so you do not need a meeting to get them.

How much does an AI expert cost in Israel?

The price is set by scope, once we know what we are building. The first meeting is free, and I come to it with a demo I built specifically for your organization.

What is the difference between an AI expert and a software house or a large consulting firm?

At a large firm, the person who sells to you is not the person who builds. After signing, a different team arrives and you receive a strategy document. A software house will build exactly what you specify - but will not tell you the specification is wrong.

With me, the person sitting across from you is the person writing the code. I ran companies as a CEO for 14 years, I can read a P&L and see where the money actually is, and then build the system myself.

How long until an AI system shows results?

60 to 90 days to one system running in production, not in pilot. I work with a success metric agreed and signed before we start: if the number is not reached, we stop - and you lost a quarter, not two years.

According to the Israeli State Comptroller, 68% of AI projects in Israeli organisations are stuck at the pilot stage. A metric signed in advance is what prevents that.

Does our data leave the organisation?

Not necessarily. Some of the systems I build run on a server inside the organisation, with the data never leaving it - call transcription, for example, I run locally. In every project we define in advance which data may leave and where to, and that is written into the AI governance document.

What is a fractional Chief AI Officer?

One to two days a week in which I act as the organisation's AI lead in practice: driving implementation, building systems, supervising external vendors and reporting to management and the board.

76% of large organisations worldwide have already appointed a Chief AI Officer. In Israel almost nobody has - because there are not enough such people, and the role costs over a million shekels a year.

Who is accountable for Amendment 13 to the Israeli Privacy Protection Law?

Officers of the company. Amendment 13 took effect in August 2025 and carries fines of up to ILS 3 million plus personal liability for executives - so this is no longer a technology question but a personal exposure.

The first thing we write together in every project is an AI governance document: which tools are permitted, what data goes into them, who approves and who supervises.

Which industries do you work with?

Retail and fashion, commercial real estate and shopping centres, healthcare, finance and insurance, and head-office operations in large organisations. My management background is in service, healthcare, operations and retail at national scale - which is why I speak the language of the industry, not only the language of the technology.

How do we start?

One meeting, one hour, free and with no commitment. I arrive with a working prototype built in advance on public material of yours - not with a slide deck. By the end of the meeting you have a clear picture of where the money is in your organisation, even if we do not continue together.

The first meeting is free.
And I arrive with a demo built on you.

Send me a message with the word "Demo" and your company name. I will take your public material, build a working prototype on it, and bring it to the meeting. You watch it run on a screen - no cost, no commitment.

Reply within one business day. The first meeting and the demo are free. If you want to continue afterwards, then we talk price.

The first meeting and the demo are free. Details go straight to Avner and are never shared.
